The Planning Process

Planning & Coordination

Once your date is secured, we’ll connect to finalize the reception timeline, music preferences, and key moments such as entrances, toasts, and the first dance.

We’ll also coordinate with your planner and venue to ensure the evening flows smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Our team reviews venue logistics in advance to ensure efficient setup and breakdown. If helpful, we’re happy to join a venue walkthrough with you.

Agreement Summery

By reserving your wedding date with Sleeve Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your date is secured once the retainer is received.

  • The retainer is non-refundable and reserves your date exclusively.

  • The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event date.

  • Add-ons and enhancements must be confirmed at least 14 days prior (subject to availability).

  • Sleeve Events provides professional-grade equipment, maintains backup systems where feasible, and carries liability insurance.

  • A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be provided directly to your venue, with documentation available on-site.

  • Venue regulations, sound limitations, and safety requirements must be observed.
