Music isn’t just sound. It’s a way to bring people together and create moments that stay with us. My mom always said, “Stephen, you wear your heart on your sleeve.” That’s how we approach every celebration: with care, intention, and heart.
Meet Sleeve Events
Sleeve Events is a Los Angeles DJ and event production company led by Stephen Levin, better known as DJ Sleeve. We bring together music, hosting, sound, lighting, and a trusted crew to create weddings, mitzvahs, and celebrations that feel like the people at the center of them.
Stephen Levin
Founder · DJ Sleeve · Creative Direction
From a weekday community theatre show to a major festival, Stephen has learned that the best events are built around people. His work in Jewish and nonprofit communities taught him the value of making everyone feel welcome. His time at 4Wall Entertainment, working alongside teams supporting productions connected to Insomniac and Coachella, taught him how much care goes into every detail behind the scenes.
Stephen brings both perspectives to Sleeve Events. With a background in graphic design, DJing, and production, he gets to know each client’s story, shapes the music and creative direction, and brings the right people together to make it happen. No celebration is too small to deserve thought, care, and a little magic.
Noah Kennedy
DJ · MC · Audio Engineer
Noah grew up surrounded by music: his mom and dad had their own band. That early influence became a deep knowledge of music and a particular love for DJing with vinyl. He brings that curiosity to every set, finding songs that fit the moment and connect with the people in the room.
Noah also works as an audio engineer and technician, including with live bands. Whether he’s DJing, hosting, or helping musicians sound their best, he brings musical knowledge and a steady hand to the celebration.
Lillian Feygin
MC · Guest Experience
Lillian has a gift for making people feel at ease. Warm, quick-witted, and attentive, she brings a sense of fun to the room while helping guests feel welcome and included.
Her background as a client-facing marketing strategist has taken her across entertainment, travel, and major consumer brands. She’s used to listening closely, working with teams, and turning a big idea into an experience that connects with people. At Sleeve Events, she brings those strengths to hosting, helping guide the moments that matter while leaving plenty of room for everyone to be themselves.

The Heart of Why
Where it began
I was adopted as a baby and raised by my mom, who taught me that family is built through love and showing up for each other. She used to introduce me, “Stephen, wears his heart on his sleeve.” She was right. I care deeply, and that has shaped the way we approach every celebration for you.
Music has always helped me express that care. A song can bring someone back to a person they love, make a room feel like home, or give everyone permission to let go together. When I DJ, I’m listening for more than what will fill the dance floor. I’m listening for what feels true to the people in the room.
Built through community
Finding my place in Jewish community, especially as a Jew of Color, taught me how powerful it is to feel welcomed and seen. My work in community spaces has given me the chance to help people gather for traditions, milestones, and ordinary moments of connection. It has also taught me to pay attention to who might be standing at the edge of the room and how an event can invite them in.
That’s something I carry into weddings, mitzvahs, and every celebration we produce. I want to know what matters to you, who is coming, and what will make the day feel like yours. The most memorable moments often come from those details.
The art of bringing it together
My background spans DJing, graphic design, and event production. At 4Wall Entertainment, I learned what it takes to bring sound, lighting, video, and people together behind the scenes. From a weekday community theatre show to a major festival, I’ve seen that the scale changes, but the care the work deserves does not.
That belief is why Sleeve Events has grown beyond one person behind the booth. I bring together talented people who care about the experience as much as I do. We think about the music, the flow of the night, the way a room looks and feels, and the little moments you’ll want to remember. Sometimes that means a perfectly timed song. Sometimes it’s a Polaroid you take home. It all comes back to people, and to creating something they can feel long after the night is over.
