  • Full wedding day coverage for both ceremony and reception, thoughtfully paced from your first guest arrival through the final song

  • Two-person team (Lead DJ/MC + assistant) to ensure smooth transitions, strong energy, and full support throughout the night

  • Ceremony sound experience with discreet lavalier wireless microphones, so your vows feel natural, clear, and uninterrupted

    • Reception sound system tailored to your outdoor venue, designed for both clarity and impact

    • Enhanced lighting design to elevate the outdoor space, highlighting the natural beauty of the trees and creating a warm, immersive atmosphere as the sun sets

    • Dance floor lighting to build energy and keep the party alive once the night kicks in

    • Collaborative planning process, including a custom music portal, guidance on key moments, and timeline support

    • Coordination with your planner and vendor team to keep everything flowing seamlessly

    • Professional setup and breakdown, with backup-ready systems and redundancy so everything runs smoothly without worry

The Planning Process

Once your date is secured, we guide you through a simple process:

1. Vision Call
We connect to align on your energy, priorities, and how you want the night to feel.

2. Music & Planning Portal
We’ll Organize key song moments and visualize event flow in one place.

3. Timeline Collaboration
We coordinate with your venue, planner, and vendor team.

4. Final Confirmation (2–4 Weeks Out)
Lock in details so everything runs smoothly.

Our team reviews venue logistics in advance to ensure efficient setup and breakdown. If helpful, we’re happy to join a venue walkthrough with you.

$1,850 total

Retainer (50%) — $925
Final Balance — $925

Due 30 days prior to event.

Payment plans are available upon request.

Agreement Summery

By reserving your wedding date with Sleeve Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your date is secured once the 50% retainer is received.

  • The retainer is non-refundable and reserves your date exclusively.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  • Add-ons and enhancements must be confirmed at least 14 days prior (subject to availability).

  • Sleeve Events provides professional-grade equipment, maintains backup systems where feasible, and carries liability insurance.

  • A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be provided directly to your venue, with documentation available on-site.

  • Venue regulations, sound limitations, and safety requirements must be observed.
