  • Full sound check with music at event levels

  • Review of key moments (hora, speeches, hoodie drop, games)

  • Team alignment on timing and responsibilities

6:30pm | Guest Arrival

  • Guests walk into a fun, upbeat atmosphere right away as the celebration gets going.

    • Music is already playing, modern, feel-good, and setting the tone

    • The photo booth is open so people can start taking pictures immediately

    • The permanent jewelry station is open for anyone who wants to jump in early*** TBD

    • Hors d’oeuvres and drinks are being served as everyone mingle

7:15pm Hora / Simcha Dancing—flexibility

  • The energy shifts as everyone is invited to the dance floor to kick off the celebration together.

    • Traditional music sets the tone for the hora and simcha dancing

    • Guests gather in circles, building energy and excitement

    • Chair lifts and group dancing bring everyone into the moment

    This is the first big peak of the night, bringing all ages together and setting the tone for everything that follows.

8pm - 9pm | Dinner

  • Do not announce dinner unless catering say…free floating party some people will eat dancing

  • Start Candle Lighting by 8:30 - Slideshow

  • Guests transition into dinner stations, while the energy stays warm and social, not overly formal or quiet.

    • Music continues at a comfortable level, familiar and enjoyable without overpowering conversation

    • Guests are seated and served while still feeling connected to the room

    • The photo booth and jewelry station remain open for anyone who wants to step away and participate

8:30pm-8:55pm | Speeches + Slideshow

  • This is a short, meaningful moment where everyone comes together to celebrate Melila.

    • A few brief speeches are shared with the room

    • A slideshow plays, highlighting special memories and moments

    • Music and sound are adjusted to keep everyone focused and engaged

    • Photobooth closed temp

    This portion is kept intentional and concise so it feels heartfelt without slowing down the overall energy of the night.

9:00-9:15 | Hoodies and Open Dance floor

  • This is a big, playful moment that keeps the energy high right after the hora.

    • Hoodies are handed out and tossed into the crowd

    • Dancers help lead the moment and build excitement

    • The dance floor opens up as everyone jumps back in

9:00-9:30pm | Desserts | Games (optional)
