Once your date is secured, we guide you through a simple process:

1. Vision Call
Align on energy, priorities, and overall flow.

2. Music & Planning Portal
Organize key song moments and visualize event flow in one place.

3. Timeline Collaboration
We coordinate with your venue, planner, and vendor team.

4. Final Confirmation (2–3 Weeks Out)
Lock in details so everything runs smoothly.

Our team reviews venue logistics in advance to ensure efficient setup and breakdown. If helpful, we’re happy to join a venue walkthrough with you.

Celebration Wedding Experience
$2,250 total

Retainer (50%) — $1,125
Final Balance — $1,125

Due 30 days prior to event.

Payment plans are available upon request prior to the final balance deadline.

By reserving your wedding date with Sleeve Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Your date is secured once the 50% retainer is received.
The retainer is non-refundable and reserves your date exclusively.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Add-ons and enhancements must be confirmed at least 14 days prior (subject to availability).
Sleeve Events provides professional-grade equipment, maintains backup systems where feasible, and carries liability insurance.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be provided directly to your venue, with documentation available on-site.
Venue regulations, sound limitations, and safety requirements must be observed.

Your date is officially reserved once the 50% retainer is submitted below.
