SLEEVE EVENTS – MC & DJ PLAYBACK SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. Services Provided

• Professional MC hosting from ceremony through final song
• DJ playback using client-provided playlists and agreed selections
• Cueing of ceremony music, transitions, and speeches
• Coordination with venue staff for optimal sound quality and flow
• On-site setup, sound check, and teardown using venue sound system

Note: This agreement does not include advanced live DJ mixing or nightclub-style performance unless agreed to in writing.

2. Planning & Walkthrough

• At least one pre-event planning call to review timeline and playlists
• Optional venue walkthrough or open-house visit prior to the event

3. Backup & Reliability

DJ will bring backup audio equipment at no additional charge, including a silent battery power source, to ensure uninterrupted sound in the rare event of technical or power issues.

4. Fees & Payment

Total Service Fee: $900

• 50% retainer ($450) due upon signing to secure the date
• Remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event

5. Cancellation & Liability

Retainer is non-refundable. DJ maintains liability insurance and total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client.
