I’ll mix favorites, festive holiday tracks, and feel-good music live, keeping the volume comfortable for conversation. Warm uplighting throughout all three rooms will highlight Casa del Mar’s architecture and give the evening an elegant, festive feel.

What’s Included

DJ/MC, Sound & Accent Lighting · $2,750

  • Five hours of live DJ/MC service with music curated for the reception and wireless microphone support for brief remarks and announcements.

  • Four-speaker indoor sound system with levels adjusted separately for the main reception, food stations, and bars. The setup includes a white DJ booth and white speaker stand covers.

  • 20 warm uplights placed throughout the indoor reception spaces in coordination with Casa del Mar.

  • Venue coordination, setup, soundcheck, and teardown. Sleeve Events carries general liability insurance and will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and coordinate the additional insured endorsement required by Casa del Mar.

Bellwether Holiday Reception · $2,750

Five hours of live DJ and MC service, with classy favorites and holiday music at conversation-friendly levels. Includes indoor sound across all three Colonnade rooms, a wireless mic for remarks, and 20 warm uplights.

Deposit (50%) · $1,375
Accept the agreement and pay the $1,375 deposit at checkout to reserve December 10, 2026.

Remaining Balance · $1,375
Due November 25, 2026, two weeks before the reception.

Agreement Summery

By booking the Bellwether Holiday Reception with Sleeve Events, you agree to the following:

  • To reserve your event date, accept the Corporate Event Service Agreement and pay the retainer at checkout. The retainer is applied toward your total.

  • The remaining balance is due by the date listed in your proposal above.

  • Sleeve Events carries general liability insurance, will provide the venue with a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and will coordinate any required additional insured endorsement. Venue sound and safety requirements apply.
